Using the most advanced cold forging screw production machines, Sepid Pich Company has the ability to produce screws, rivets and pins from 2 mm to 16 mm in size and 120 mm in length in accordance with DIN, ISO, PSA, KES, NES standards. Also, the company is able to produce products according to customer orders with the ability to produce products with specific technical specifications and specifications and beyond the standards.

Sepid Pich Company with 16 bolt machines and 20 threading machines has the ability to produce screws, rivets and pins with an annual capacity of 1800 tons.

Manufacturing Operation

The products of this section, which are produced with the permission of the Ministry of Industries and the National Standards Organization of Iran in a space of 2750 square meters, are as follows:

Types of industrial screws with IATF standard in classes 9/10 and 8/8, types of screws for cars, home appliances, electricity and special parts, etc. are mentioned with grade material. It should be mentioned that Sepid Pich Company Due to its high production capacity and advanced facilities, it is able to produce 1500 types of screws, pins and rivets.

Engineering and quality control

The tasks of this section are to control the raw material of the input, control during production, the final product and issue documents in accordance with the standard.

Laboratory

In this unit, while cooperating with the engineering and quality control department in order to provide the goods approved by the employer, the manufactured products have been tested in the relevant standard, in addition to the services requested by customers, including tests in presence and so on.

Administration department

This department is responsible for the affairs of correspondence, the issuance of shipping documents and other relevant administrative matters.

Commercial department

Sepid Pich Pardak Trading Department is responsible for preparing orders and providing pre-invoices in accordance with the employer's list.

The task of this department is to identify and evaluate the vandalism list of foreign & domestic producers to Sale & export goods as well as to supply the required products with the lowest price and the highest quality for supply to all customers
